Orsa Ventures Corp. (TSXV:ORN) obtained regulatory approval and satisfied closing requirements for the Joint Venture Purchase Agreement with Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. (TSX:AMB) to acquire their 50% joint venture interest in the Angel's Camp Property in Oregon.

Orsa Ventures Corp. (TSXV:ORN) entered into a Joint Venture Purchase Agreement with Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. (TSX:AMB) and Golden Predator Mines US Inc. to acquire a 50% joint venture interest in the Angel's Camp Property at Quartz Mountain in Oregon. Through an Option Agreement with Seabridge Gold (TSX:SEA,AMEX:SA), Orsa and Orsa Min control the other 50% of the joint venture interest in the Angel's Camp Property.

Orsa Ventures Corp. (TSXV:ORN) reported that its consultants, JDS Energy and Mining Inc., have completed a detailed review of metallurgical studies that confirm that oxide mineralization responds well to cyanidation. It is the opinion of Orsa's consultant's that sulphide mineralization may be economically recovered by milling and cyanidation. Testwork to refine a process would include testing for crush and grind size, mineralogy, flotation, leaching, and settling and filtration.
