Inca One (TSXV:IO) announced receipt from Minera Huaquillas that it has held its first Public Participation Workshop on July 8, 2012 in San Ignacio, Peru. A 20-platform drill permit from Peru’s Ministry of Energy and Mines is required before Inca One can commence an exploration program on its Las Huaquillas Gold-Copper project, and minutes of a completed workshop are included in the application for said permit.
Inca One (TSXV:IO) has entered into a letter of engagement with Wolverton Securities Ltd., pursuant to which the Agent has agreed to raise on a commercially reasonable efforts private placement basis gross proceeds of a minimum of $500,000 up to a maximum of $1,000,000 through the issuance of units of the Company at a price of $0.30 per unit.
