Calico Resources Corp. (TSXV:CKB) proposes a one year extension to the expiry date of the warrants issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement completed in September, 2011.

Calico Resources Corp.(TSXV:CKB) announced that it has commenced its 2012 exploration program at its Grassy Mountain project. The 2012 project will test additional gold occurrences on the claim group.

Calico Resources Corp.(TSXV:CKB) announced the closing of its previously announced private placement. The Company closed the March 26th announced placement for gross proceeds of $1,922,700.The proceeds from the placement will be used for exploration and development of Calico's Grassy Mountain project.

Calico Resources Corp.(TSXV:CKB) entered into an agreement with Seabridge Gold Inc. The new agreement amended the terms of the original option which now allows Calico to acquire 100% in the Grassy Mountain project. The closing of the new agreement is expected to take place in late April, 2012.

Calico Resources Corp.(TSXV:CKB) announced that it will carry out a private placement with Stonecap Securities Inc. The private placement will consist of up to 14,750,000 units at $0.34 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $5,015,000. Calico has also given Stonecap an option to purchase an additional 15% of the units. The Offering is expected to close on April 19, 2012.

Calico Resources Corp.(TSXV:CKB) announced that it will be moving forward with its Grassy Mountain project. The Company said that the metallurgical test work it commissioned is designed to confirm gold recoveries at the project.

The Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) has accepted the Calico Resources Corp. (TSXV:CKB) Notice of Intent (NOI) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the Grassy Mountain Project. 

The Malheur County Court has passed a resolution in support of Calico Resources Corp. (TSXV:CKB,OTCQX:CVXHF) and its Grassy Mountain Project
