Gold River Productions, Inc. (PINK: GRPS) announced that it has filed all of the required documents with OTC Pink Sheets to become a fully reporting company on the exchange.

Gold River Productions, through its wholly owned subsidiary AeroQuest Technologies, which was the winner of the prestigious 2007 Utah Innovations Award in the materials/chemicals category of the awards, has developed a proprietary, multi-matrix, thermoplastic material that when combined with a variety of core materials can produce a fiber-reinforced, thermoplastic structural panel that can be formed, when required, into a wide variety of products.
