Kinross Provides Additional Information on Red Back Transaction
Kinross Gold Corporation (TSE:K, NYSE:KGC) announced that in response to a request from Institutional Shareholder Services, the Company is providing further details regarding its friendly combination with Red Back Mining Inc.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Kinross is a Canadian-based gold mining company with mines and projects in Canada, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador and Russia, and employs approximately 5,500 people worldwide.
