Shear Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SRM) announced that it has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1,004,566 with the sale of 4,650,000 units at a price of $0.05 per Unit and 11,877,941 units at a price of $0.065 per FT Unit. This is however, subject to final TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
The press release is quoted as saying:
