Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. (TSX:CXX)(NYSE Amex:CXZ) announced the closing today of a non-brokered private placement with a single institutional investor of 2,000,000 flow-through shares of Crosshair at a price of $0.25 per Flow-Through Share for gross proceeds of $500,000.
