Colossus Minerals reports Expiry of Warrants
Colossus Minerals Inc. (TSX:CSI) reported that the outstanding unexercised common share purchase warrants issued in connection with Colossus’ March 2009 public offering expired at 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on November 27, 2009.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Colossus is a minerals development company focused on the Serra Pelada high-grade gold-platinum-palladium project in Para State of Brazil.
