Gold Summit Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GSM) today reported that the company is continuing with its previously announced private placement at $0.20 per unit.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of $381,611, and issued 1,908,058 units pursuant to the closing of the first tranche of the private placement announced on October 22, 2009.
