Chief PropertiesOne of Habanero flagship properties is its Yukon property that borders Underworld Resources. The land is next to the recently announced discovery (May 27, 2009) by Under World. Drill Results returned grades of 3.94 g/t Au over 59.9 and 3.59 g/t Au over 98.3 metres. Habanero also recently announced that it has acquired 13,190 contiguous acres in the Barkerville Gold District. The property is bordering International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd. which announced on October 12, 2009 drill results from the Barkerville Area drill program of 84.4 metres (277.0 feet) of 16.5 grams per tonne (g/t) (0.481 ounce per ton) gold; including 37.5 metres (123.1 feet) of 36.1 g/t (1.052 ounces per ton) gold. It is reported that in the Barkerville Gold Camp of BC, 101 creeks have reported placer gold production. Recorded gold production from the area totals more than 3.8 million ounces, including an estimated 2.64 million ounces from placer mining and 1.23 million ounces from lode mining. Habanero has acquired approximately 5400 contiguous hectares (approximately 13,250 acres) in the Stewart Mining Region of BC. This new block of land is in the vicinity of the new Montrose gold discovery announced by Decade Resources Ltd. (“Decade”) on its Red Cliff property. Decade recently announced (September 3, 2009) drilling results of 7.3 grams per ton of gold across 28.3 metres and 5.78 grams per ton across 28.4 metres and 7.5 grams per ton gold across 32.5 metres. Habanero is also in the process of attempting to acquire additional acreage in the area. Habanero now has Approximately 650,000 Contiguous Acres of Land Prospective for Lithium.
