Habanero is a diversified junior company that is one of the largest landholders in the Yukon bordering Underworld Resources; now has now made applications to become one of the largest land holders within land prospective for lithium in Alberta and has significant acreage in the Alberta Oil sands.

Chief Properties

One of Habanero flagship properties is its Yukon property that borders Underworld Resources. The land is next to the recently announced discovery (May 27, 2009) by Under World. Drill Results returned grades of 3.94 g/t Au over 59.9 and 3.59 g/t Au over 98.3 metres.

Habanero has hired Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd to oversee a work program on the 100% owned gold prospect.

This property is strategically located as it borders the property hosting the recent discovery made by Underworld Resources. Management feels that this area may become a new mining district and believes that having a significant land position may add to potential future growth of the company.

Habanero also recently announced that it has acquired 13,190 contiguous acres in the Barkerville Gold District. The property is bordering International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd. which announced on October 12, 2009 drill results from the Barkerville Area drill program of 84.4 metres (277.0 feet) of 16.5 grams per tonne (g/t) (0.481 ounce per ton) gold; including 37.5 metres (123.1 feet) of 36.1 g/t (1.052 ounces per ton) gold.

It is reported that in the Barkerville Gold Camp of BC, 101 creeks have reported placer gold production. Recorded gold production from the area totals more than 3.8 million ounces, including an estimated 2.64 million ounces from placer mining and 1.23 million ounces from lode mining.

Habanero has acquired approximately 5400 contiguous hectares (approximately 13,250 acres) in the Stewart Mining Region of BC. This new block of land is in the vicinity of the new Montrose gold discovery announced by Decade Resources Ltd. (“Decade”) on its Red Cliff property. Decade recently announced (September 3, 2009) drilling results of 7.3 grams per ton of gold across 28.3 metres and 5.78 grams per ton across 28.4 metres and 7.5 grams per ton gold across 32.5 metres. Habanero is also in the process of attempting to acquire additional acreage in the area.

Habanero now has Approximately 650,000 Contiguous Acres of Land Prospective for Lithium. The Government of Alberta has confirmed that additional applications, for nineteen contiguous townships (approximately 400,000 acres) prospective for lithium in Alberta, have been received and accepted.

Mr. Gigliotti has also been Secretary of Habanero Resources Inc. since 1999 and also serves as its Chief Financial Officer. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at First Goldwater Resources Inc. (now, Baja Mining Corp.) from September 1999 to August 2002.
