Chief Properties

British King Project – Australia

British King Gold Mine Head Frame
The British King project is located near Darlot, approximately 320 km North West of Kalgoorlie, Australia and 5 km west of Barrick Gold’s Darlot Mine. Gold mineralizationis hosted by an east-west orientated narrow quartz reef structure, with approximately 400 metres of reef located in the mining lease. Historically, the British King mine was exploited by way of a series of shafts and underground workings. The 43-101 report shows historical mining of 7607 ounces of gold from 1900 to1909 (12250 tons @ 17.6 g/t) and 1445 ounces of gold from 1976 to 1984 (1606 tons @ 25.5 g/t). Approximately 4000 tons were also mined from 1943 to 1947, grade unknown. The project has an extensive database of drilling and underground development sampling on which resource estimates are based. Production can commence as early as First Half 2008.

Eureka Project – Australia

Eureka Gold Project Pit
The Eureka Gold Project is located 50km North of Kalgoorlie, Australia and includes the Eureka Open Pit previously mined by Australian company West Coast Holdings and areas along strike to the North containing mine sequence stratigraphy. In the Northern end of the
pit, recent drilling has defined gold mineralization considered economically accessible by way of a cut back of the existing open pit. Exploration potential is also demonstrated at a depth below the existing open pit.

Tanzania Projects

Tanzania Project Map
International Gold Mining Ltd (IGL) has an agreement to earn a 100% working interest on six tenements in the East Africa Republic of Tanzania which are prospective for uranium and gold.
Bahi Background:
The Bahi Swamp catchment area is a dry lake covering over 1,000 sq km, and incorporates an extensive closed drainage system that has developed over 27,000 sq km of weathered uranium rich “hot” Archaean granites. Uranium accumulation within the Bahi catchment system has been recognised since the 1950’s when uranium mineralisation was first intersected in a drill hole (2.3 kg/t U3O8) located near the centre of Bahi Swamp. The recent positive exploration results announced by Uranex NL from the Manyoni C1 deposit, and other exploration successes in the area, have only reconfirmed the potential of the Bahi Swamp catchment area to host significant calcrete / playa, as well as roll front style uranium deposits.
The Bahi Swamp tenements total 1821 sq. km. and are on the western boundary of Uranex NL (UNX-ASX) with assays from vertical channel samples reported to include 2.25m of 9.3kg/t U308 and 2m of 3.8kg/t.
The North Mara tenements are located in an area where historically it is estimated that some 9 to 10 tonnes of gold have been produced. North Mara Gold Mine (Barrick Gold Corp)-at the time of sale to Barrick Gold in 2003 some 141 million ounces of gold had been defined through exploration by Africa Mashariki Gold. In 2005 Barrick Gold stated that it had defined an extra 1 million ounces in the area. The Buhemba Gold Mine has a yearly production of over 80,000 ounces of gold.
