Caldera Resources has signed agreement to acquire prospective Gold Exploration Property
Caldera Resources Inc. declared that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding
with 1518164 Ontario Inc. to acquire 100% interest in 55 unpatented claims of the Auden Property which is highly prospective for gold.
