Caerus Resources (CVE:CA) announced today that they have entered into Definitive and Arrangement agreements with White Gold Corp. to acquire the company and it’s portfolio of concession applications in Colombia.
The White Gold consessions have targeted other significant gold plays in Columbia. 180,000 hectares in the California-Vestas mining district are proximal to the Greystar Resources (TSE:GSL) Angostura gold deposit and the Ventana Gold (TSE:VEN) La Bodega gold discovery.
