Canadian Gold Hunter will acquire 100% stake in Sanu Resources
Canadian Gold Hunter Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Sanu Resources, Ltd. Based in Canada, both Canadian Gold Hunter and Sanu Resources are mineral exploration companies.
