Bowmore declared closure of $4.2 mln Non-Brokered Private Placement

Bowmore Exploration Ltd. declared the completion of its non-brokered private placement announced on May 19, 2009. Bowmore declared that it has sold a total of 21,000,000 Units at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of $4.2 Million.
