CGA Mining has lost 4% as CAD $20 mln share offer ends

CGA Mining Ltd. declared that it has concluded the private placement of 14,815,000 ordinary shares and the CAD$20 million proceeds are to be utilized to supplement working capital in the initial months of output at the Masbate Gold Mine.
