Bold Steps Into JK Gold Deal

Bold Ventures ^[1] (CVE:BOL) annouced today that it has completed a letter of intent with JK Gold Mexico to acquire a 50% stake of a number of properties in Mexico. Included in the land package is the Causas projects which is contiguouse and along strike to the San Dimas gold and silver mine operated by Goldcorp (TSE:G). Under the terms of the agreement, Bold can acquire up to 70% of the company holding the properties.
