    Chief Properties

    Gold Summit Property

    Chai Cha Na Mining Inc. has acquired mineral rights for the Gold Summit property situated in the Bridge River Mining District which hosts the prolific Bralorne- Pioneer gold-silver mines. Reported Historical production of the Bralorne-Pioneer camp is about 4.15 million ounces of gold and 0.95 million ounces of silver. Chai Cha Na has the option to acquire 100% of the Gold Summit property. Regionally, the Gold Summit property is located in the Bridge River Complex.

    Fox River Property

    The Fox River Basin is an emerging nickel exploration camp in northern Manitoba that is populated with numerous junior and senior companies carrying out exploration on prospects located in and around the Basin, a large geological formation that is generally believed to be an extension of the prolific Thompson Nickel Belt. Encouraging exploration results in the area have been reported for several years. The initial phase of exploration to be carried out on claim 108-B totaling 13,466 ha, by Chai Cha Na in the coming months will consist of leading edge aerial geophysical survey, follow up ground survey and other surface work to identify and pinpoint primary targets for diamond core drilling in Phase 2 of the exploration program.

    The results of the Phase One program will be reported on following the methodical interpretation and correlation of the survey and any other surface exploration work that is carried out.

    Management

    • Fred Fisher, President/CEO. Mr. Fisher has been President, CEO, and Director of Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. since April 2005. From June 2003 to November 2005 he was President, CEO, Treasurer, CFO and a Director of Golden Hope Resources Corp., a mineral exploration company. In addition, he has also been a Director of Bellweather Precious Metals Inc. since December 2004, and from April 1996 to June 2001 was President of Star Asia Corp., a private venture capital company for emerging mining and start-up companies located in Bangkok, Thailand. Prior to this he assisted a number of public companies in developing their business and operating plans and raising financing for their mineral exploration operations by introducing them to potential business partners and venture capitalists. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Fisher was a stockbroker at Jefferson Securities in Vancouver, B.C.
    • Thomas Murdoch, Director. Thomas Murdoch holds a BA in Economics and Business from Wilfrid Laurier University. His BA program included financial and managerial accounting courses, which has given him the ability to understand the accounting principles used in preparing its financial statements. Mr. Murdoch had 12 years experience as a purchasing manager and project manager at Honda Canada where he was responsible for budgeting and financial statements. For the past 8 years he has been program manager and sales manager at Matcor Automotive Inc. where his responsibilities include budgeting. Mr. Murdoch’s 20 years of business experience has given him an understanding of internal controls and procedures for financial reporting. Mr. Murdoch has previously assisted several mineral exploration companies in developing their business and operating plans, as well as raising financing for operations through introductions to potential mining partners and venture capitalists.
    • Peter Ball, Director. Mr. Ball brings over 20 years of mining, brokerage and investment/ corporate development industry experience to the company. Mr. Ball is a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines and Georgian Business College and has worked in various mining engineering and project development roles for numerous mining companies across Canada including Sherritt Gordon Mines, Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting, and Echo Bay Mines Ltd. Mr. Ball has worked in the investor/corporate relations departments for Eldorado Gold, as Manager of Corporate Development for United Bolero, and as an Investment Advisor with RBC Dominion Securities. Mr. Ball currently works as the VP of Corporate Communication for two resource companies, both listed on the TSX-Venture exchange, helping to develop communication strategies, building new strategic business relationships, and working on corporate development initiatives.
    • Isabel Alves, Director and Investor Relations. Isabel Alves has an extensive background in the financial industry and most recently been part owner of a franchise culinary college in downtown Toronto where she successfully handled all sales and administration for the school. From March 2001 to June 2002 Isabel was an RRSP/ Mutual Fund manager at Octagon Capital Corporation. Her extensive technical knowledge of the financial industry and exceptional sales skills has made Ms. Alves a welcomed asset in the role of Investor Relations.
