Northern Freegold Resources Ltd. (CVE:NFR) reports that it intends to complete an $8 million non-brokered private placement.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Net proceeds from the private placement will be applied toward advancement of the Company’s Yukon mineral properties and for general working capital purposes.
