Property Summaries

Majuba Hill Copper-Gold-Silver, Pershing County Nevada (optioning up to 75%)

The site of a number of past producing high grade copper and silver mines, Majuba Hill is a newly defined copper/silver porphyry system that MAX believes is highly prospective for the discovery of economic mineralization.

A core drilling program is currently underway to expand and define the extensive zones of high grade copper/silver mineralization identified during reverse-circulation drilling conducted by Minterra in 2007.   Highlights of Minterra’s drilling included 145 feet at 1.85 opt Ag and 0.49% Cu, inclusive of 15 feet at 5.1 opt Ag (hole MH-6) and 100 feet at 0.99 opt Ag, inclusive of 15 feet at 4.0 opt Ag (hole MH-5).  The current drill program will deepen those original holes which had been terminated while still in mineralization, a fact which was only determined after receipt of assay results, as well as targeting new mineralized zones that have not previously been drilled.  The mineralized system is open to the north, east and west and to depth.

Table Top Gold Property, Humboldt County, Nevada (100% owned)

Drilling in 2010 intersected significant gold mineralization, confirming that the mineralization not only extends to depth but also increases in width and grade. Results include an intercept of 12.1 m of 0.91 g/t gold, inclusive of 9.1 m of 1.09 g/t Au.

Drilling conducted in April, 2011 targeted the mineralized system down dip and along strike, exploring for higher grade gold.  A total of six holes (497 meters) were drilled, with all holes intersecting gold mineralization in excess of 100 ppb Au    Highlights included drill hole MT-18, which intersected 9.6 m of 1.04 g/t Au starting at a down hole depth of 42.7 m.  Mineralization has now been identified over a 500 meter strike length and is still open in both directions.

Diamond Peak Gold-Silver-Zinc, Eureka County, Nevada (100% owned)

Assays from drill core, soils and outcrop sampled in 2010 produced significant gold and silver results, confirming historic results and identifying high priority targets for further exploration.

Drilling is planned for 2011 after completion of the drill program at Majuba Hill.  Drilling will test the extensive gold targets as well as the sareas of silver mineralization identified during soil sampling in 2010, with assay results as high as 4.3 g/t and 1.9 g/t silver in soils and 53.5 g/t Ag in outcrop confirming the high silver zone and its continuation to the east.

East Manhattan Wash Gold Property, Nye County, Nevada (100% owned)

Assays from extensive soil sampling in 2009 and 2010 produced values to 1.27 g/t gold and defined a large area has been defined at surface where mineralization appears to be free gold within the volcanic tuff.   Bulk sampling at East Manhattan Wash in 2009 yielded 4.9 g/t gold and 1.2 g/t silver from a 793 pound sample taken at surface.

Permitting is underway for an extensive drill program to determine the overall depth and grade of the mineralization.
